Pricing & Price Adjustments

While we strive to maintain current listed prices, American Dent All, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to supplier changes or exceptional circumstances. Prices may change without prior notice.

Accounts Receivable

All outstanding balances past their due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge on the unpaid amount.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders depend on product availability.
• Domestic (Continental U.S.) shipments include a handling charge that covers freight. Extra fees may apply for specialty delivery services (e.g., expedited shipping, hazardous-material handling).
• Special orders (non-stock or custom items) may incur additional freight charges.

Returns & Credit Authorization

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. To initiate a return, contact Customer Service at
1 818-6620618 or info@dentall.us, or reach out to your Sales Representative. Please ensure compliance with the following:

• Include your invoice and a clear reason for the return.
• Products must be in their original packaging, unmarked and securely packaged.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Late returns may incur a restocking fee.
• Report any order inaccuracies or shortages within 7 days of invoice date to qualify for credit.
• Return shipping costs apply.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened handpieces, small or custom equipment
• Special-order or non-stock items
• Personalized or imprinted products
• Opened computer hardware/software
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Expired products or those that can’t be returned to the manufacturer
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Products requiring frozen storage or drop-shipped items

Limitation of Liability

Claims for product-related issues—such as loss, injury, damage, or death—must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will American Dent All, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or goodwill—even if such damages were foreseeable.

Account Security & Access

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must:

1. Notify American Dent All, Inc. immediately in writing of any unauthorized access, password loss, or security breach—and promptly update your password.
2. Log out at the end of each session and secure your access device(s).

You are also responsible for any data transmission charges imposed by your ISP or wireless carrier. We may collect device information to support service delivery.
